The National Compnay Law Tribunal (NCLT) has given its approval to a resolution plan submitted by the Mumbai-based Suraksha group for Jaypee Infratech through the insolvency process. This has brought some pre-Holi joy to 20,000 home buyers waiting for their apartments.
